Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. However, during peak periods (October to December), processing times may extend to 3-4 working days.

For UK orders:

• Small parcel deliveries (via Yodel) typically take 2-5 working days from the dispatch date.
• Orders sent via APC are scheduled for next-day delivery on a working day basis.

For international orders:

• Small items (up to 500g within the EU and up to 999g for Zones 5 & 6) are shipped with DHL Packet Plus, a tracked service with signature confirmation available on most deliveries.
• Delivery to EU destinations usually takes around one week from dispatch, but customs processes may cause occasional delays.
• Deliveries outside the EU may take up to 15 working days.

Please note: Orders placed after 4:30 PM will be processed from 8 AM the following working day.

Delivery Methods

We use a variety of trusted couriers depending on the destination and weight of your order:

• Zone 1 (Mainland UK):

  • Orders up to 3kg: Shipped via Yodel.
  • Orders over 3kg: Shipped via APC.

• Zone 2:

  • Orders 100g-3kg: Sent via Yodel.
  • Orders above 3kg: Delivered via DPD.

• Zone 3:

  • Scottish Highlands: Orders up to 3kg sent via Yodel; those over 3kg via APC.
  • Channel Islands: All orders are shipped via DHL.

• Zones 4, 5, 6 & 7:

  • All orders are shipped via DHL.
  • For Zone 6, bulky or high-quantity purchases may incur additional shipping charges based on volume weight. If this applies, we will contact you via email to confirm the revised shipping cost.

Large Furniture & Pallet Deliveries

• Large furniture items will require pallet delivery. We will get in touch via email to arrange the shipping details.
• For international pallet deliveries, shipping fees are calculated separately, and we will provide a custom quote via email.

Shipping Dangerous Goods

Some of our products are classed as dangerous goods (Pure Essential oils, Blends, Essential oil Mists, Room Sprays, Organic essential oils or products which contains alcohol such as Aroma Mists or Perfumes.) We can confirm that we can Ship Dangerous Goods by road ONLY. We are unable to send dangerous goods by air.

BFPO/PO BOX ADDRESSES

We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK

Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.

PACKAGING

All packages are packed in un-marked packaging with no mention of Ancient Wisdom unless this is one of our brand products, manufactured or imported by ourselves. Bathroom products such as soaps and bath bombs come with the ingredients list.
